Focus Session: Crossfit Endurance with Aaron

Train your goat or sharpen your skills for an upcoming race. Spending just 2 days a week running and rowing can produce enormous benefits, lower race times, lower WOD times, and improve conditioning. Classes will combine instruction and drills on form with workouts designed to improve work capacity in these movements. The weather is nice. Get outside and run!
