“Strong people are harder to kill and more useful in general.”  If living longer and not dying as easily is not of interest to you, perhaps lowering your Fran time and improving your metcon is.  The fact is that adding strength is one of the most effective ways to improve your overall fitness.  It will raise the level of intensity in all workouts regardless of your skill level.  The most effective way to build strength is with the back squat, deadlift, overhead press, power clean, and bench press.

At this seminar you will get an in depth look at how to execute these movements, why they are effective, and how to integrate them into programming to significantly boost performance.
