NoVa Open

On Saturday 19 March, 2011, at 10am hold the first day of competition in the “NoVa Open” at Patriot Crossfit.

The Nova Open is:

• Open to all athletes (affiliated and non-affiliated) participating in the Crossfit Games Open Competition.
• Held every Saturday, starting at 10am from March 19 – Apr 23.
• Heat times will be determined based on the WOD announced by Crossfit HQ and by the affiliate of the athlete.  All athletes must arrive NLT 10am.

Price: Prices until March 1st are:

$20.00 (1 WOD)/$21.00 (2 WOD)/$22.50 (3 WOD)/ $25.00 (4 WOD)/$27.50 (5 WOD)/ $30.00 (6 WOD)

After March 1st, prices go up 10%.
