Everyone must be enrolled or have completed Foundations to attend a Workout of the Day (WOD) class. We will expand our WOD classes in the very near future, but to get the maximum people through Foundations, Tue and Thur mornings will be strictly dedicated to Foundations classes.
In the afternoons we run Foundations and WODs simultaneously on many days, so even if there is a Foundations Class scheduled, we have WOD Classes at all the times below.

Free Classes - These are intro classes for people to come out and give Crossfit a try. Numbers are restricted for this class, you must pre-register to attend these classes by clicking here and selecting the free class you wish to register for.
