Everyone must be enrolled or have completed Foundations to attend a Workout of the Day (WOD) class.  Some times during the day are reserved for Foundations only, some times we run simultaneous Foundations and WOD classes.  If it’s listed below, we have WOD and will always have WOD unless there is a holiday.  In that case, you can click here to see our daily schedule and to see which coaches are teaching when.
