CrossFit has added a dimension to my fitness that I could not have achieved with any other methodology.   The physical achievements that I have accomplished over my first year of CrossFitting are incomparable to the many years of athletics and gym workouts before.  What I was once unable to accomplish during an hour on the treadmill can now be conquered within minutes with intensity.  In the past, progress was assessed via a weight scale in the bathroom.  Now I track the weight I lift in the gym.

I wanted to become a CrossFit trainer to assist, teach and change others lives the way CrossFit has changed mine.   Functional movements executed at high intensity have made me healthier and happier than I could have ever imagined and I’ll do everything in my power to ensure my clients experience the same success.
