		<description>Oh, forgot to include the 800m run (Lisa D I&#039;m looking in your direction!)  Think it was around 2:50 (PR is 2:32)  Legs felt like lead weights...probably from DL, burpee wod.

I like the run/quick burner at the end though.</description>
