		<description>21:30 ish for 3000 meters. I probably could have gotten a fourth lap in but my legs started cramping. The good news is my foot finally didn&#039;t bother me so I can start running in the wods again.  I basically have done zero running since may. I&#039;m definitely not looking forward to another 5k, but I am looking forward to finishing it!</description>

Thank you for reminding me that I don’t need to run often to become a faster at runner. I dreaded this WOD today because…..well….I’m slow. But I’m psyched to say that once again I’m not as slow as I think I am.
