205-225-245, 5 reps across the board, probably could have gone a bit heavier.

Sadly enough my bench press is better than my back squat.  My 5 rep max on back squat is 225.  I&#039;m hoping PCF can bring some balance to my life ;).</description>

Great affiliate down here. Head trainer Thomi is pretty cool. With all these high-speed Navy knuckledraggers in the box, I wasn&#039;t so sure I&#039;d be able to hang esp since Thomi didn&#039;t let anyone do this at rx weight. I figured those dudes would just blaze. But PCF programming and instruction carried me through nicely, and I finished this WOD with the lead pack.  Granted, I had to be peeled off the floor afterwards....</description>
