C&amp;J Fran- no thrusters for me, so hang power clean and then push press or jerk.

Grip was totally shot during the cleans which is a nice change as in the past I&#039;ve simply gassed during this workout.</description>

		<description>I was prepared to die after my 5:01 Fran last month.  I can&#039;t imagine the pain after a 4:20 or even a 3:08 Fran.  I hear the pain is significantly greater the faster you go.  Nice work to everyone.  Fran sucks!</description>

		<description>Great work tonight to Foundations!  Yet again Fight Gone Bad wins over the Hopper Deck, have to say I&#039;m &quot;disencouraged&quot; by that :)  I want a Founations to take the Hopper Deck option!

Great job on FGB though guys, got some animals-in-the-making in that class.</description>
