    Did foundations 7 & 8 tonight. PR on the FGB: box jump, 50lb kb swing, 75lb push press, 70lb sdhp, and row. Total reps after 3 rounds: 310. Last time I was at 270 or so. I’m ready for the graduation party!!!!

    From what I remember…I think we did the clean (mostly practiced hang squat clean for form) and the snatch. Twas ugly (especially the snatch), as would be anticipated. But I tried…and will only get better (right?) :o)
