That’s great that SOMEONE did the WOD. I promise that I’ll do it soon. I’m on a strength cycle for a few more weeks and then training for the Army 10 Miler, so I’ll have plenty of 15k runs … or at least one when I do the actual race. I’m actually testing to see how little running I can do and still run a good time.
I felt beat up so I had an easy day.
Box Jumps: Worked up to waist high jumps.
5×60 second sprints on the treadmill: 8 degree incline at 8mph, 9mph, 10mph, 10mph, 12mph (1 degree incline on the last one).
Got the run in today…9.3 miles in 1:22:17. Congrats on the new box! Free beer sounds great, but I’ll have to earn it another day…traveling to Pittsburg tommorrow.

Yeah, I didn’t do it either, still a few days behind, so:
“Helen” w/ 50 lbs dumbbell vice 55 lbs.
