    Fight Gone Bad!

    Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
    Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Add your points and post them to comments.

Why is it called Fight Gone Bad when it feels so good?

    2. Jen Says:

Jennifer, Once you do this workout with me you’ll understand why it feels so good!

      M/36/170

Did this at Gold’s Rosslyn 6/25 around 5pm. Subbed 12 lb. ball otherwise as rx’d

      12 lb. WB: 27, 22, 20
      75 lb SDHP: 20, 17, 14
      2 ft. BJ: 17, 14, 16
      75 lb PP: 20, 20, 17
      Cal. Row: 16, 16, 14

      FGB total: 270

Next time, I need to set up the stations right next to each other. I lost valuable time walking from the barbell I used for PP and SDHP, which I had set up next to the rower, to the aerobics room where I did WB and BJ (on a step with 9 risers). I think could break 300 if everything was in one spot and I could move quickly from one station to the next. Hooah

I’m new to crossfit. I have done some searching but didn’t find this answer.

How do you figure the “Calories” part of the row workout?

    5. Jen Says:

Matt, your a beast! Yeah that set up can be the key!

CJ, push the change settings on the rowers computer and you’ll see where it counts calories.

I love the look you get doing FGB in a globo-gym. Glad you didn’t get kicked out.
