L-sit: 1:11 1:15 1:38 (knees bent)

Burpees/Wallball: 118 as RXd with Kate.
We could've gone faster if I could count, laugh, and remember to burpee at the same time. Fun one! nice working with you, Kate!

30-30-30-30-30 = 150 reps (Teamed up with Scott)

I suck at burpees, not sure if there is any technique which can make one perform burpees faster ?

L-sit with legs basically completely straight: 32 seconds

209 with B Wilkins...I think we may have screwed the counting up in the first round but our other rounds were pretty solid.

Also, checked out the new accessories and saw that there is now a tote and messenger bag option. However, I am concerned that Guch cannot get a PCF man-purse. Are those coming?

Here are the CrossFit Seattle Athletic Skill Levels for the L-Sit:
Level I: 10 seconds
Level II: 30 seconds
Level III: 1 minute
Level IV: 1:30 minutes

L-sit: Didn't hit my goal of 1 minute. I think my best was about 45 seconds.

Team WOD with Andre: 180. Good work, man!

Cassidy - I'll be on the Gauley the same day with some coworkers from Rosetta Stone. Are you doing the upper or the lower? Maybe I'll see you out there.

L-sit: 34, 1:14, 29 (all with bent legs)

Team WOD with Lynette: 118 as Rx'd. First round was suspect due to intense laughter and pour counting. Awesome job, Lynette!

Oly lifting:
Worked up to 155x3 jerk (which felt light ...)

Then weighted pullups. Worked up to 45x3 pronated and 25x3 supinated grip pullups. Which is really kinda substandard.

Teamed with Kevin and knocked out 159 on the wall ball/burpee coordination test.
L sits were rough. Only a few seconds with straight-ish legs and then up to about 30 bent.

L-sit: dunno. I think my best time was something like ~50 seconds, my worst like about ~30. I did them all bent leg, so it doesn't count anyway.

WOD:

Teamed with Emily (who is AWESOME) and using a 16# ball, we managed to bust out 125 reps between us.

(Much props to Emily for retaining the ability to count during WOD.)
