    I’ve signed up for the hopper challenge…

    Rich S. – be careful what you wish for…without a coach, trainer, people to train with, or proper equipment over the past 6 months I have been able to regularly beat you. Now that I got all of the above, by the time October rolls around youll be lucky if I let you hold my sweat rag and leather wrist cuff. Question is weather Mike H. will be enrolling under the Male or Female contestants, given his recent admission of full body shaves and enjoyment of wine, who knows.

    First and last set of squats unbroken. Squats have been actually ok lately after mini-”Barbara”. Was planning on staying off running/double under/box jump for the next two weeks b/c I’ve got shin splints pretty bad, but happy with this.

    13:16, squats unbroken 1st and last set. Not a great time, but I didn’t do much for a week other than travel, eat and drink too much. Plus it was hot as hell outside.

    On a side note, I did go to Crossfit Aspire in Colorado Springs. They do half crossfit and half ultimate fighting/boxing/self defense stuff. Some crazy dudes in there, but the altitude was horrible! You could seriously be beastly if you trained there for awhile and came back to sea level :)
