The next person who mentions cardio month gets 300 burpees for time workout. There is no cardio month, though you will find that you’re improved strength will allow to go faster in the metcons or go the same speed with heavier weight in the metcons either one of which will make you want to kill yourself (though it will also make you stronger/faster/leaner).
Also, we set a record this morning for sure. The 630 WOD alone had over 15 people. If you tally up the morning crew we had 14 Foundataions, 6 at 530 and 16 at 630 for a total of 36 people. I remember a time 3 months ago when I would get ZERO people at 630.

Also, best shot name ever:
Bottom to Bottom Tabata Shots!
And here is the video after which it is named.

The video doesn’t do justice to the pain you feel. I couldn’t walk right for days. Maybe we should throw that is sometime soon …

I think PCF is required to have a cardio month now because HM and myself have requested it. Have they forgotten who initiated the Sunday morning WOD? btw, I can’t believe PCF is going to charge for tape now! I was just getting ready to throw away my gloves and start using tape! I bet they’re going to start charging for paper towels and toilet paper next.

Sharon, keep up the good work, I think you had a big breakthrough today. I’m trying to think of something dirty to say, but I’m drawing a blank…next time.
December 2nd, 2008 on 9:47 pm
Jimmy, that’s ok. I can actually understand the English language without any gross/dirty innuendos. I finally got the clean thanks do Siddharth and Jon, so I’m hopeful I’ll figure out the same with the jerk.

I’m still not comfortable doing PP/PJ at heavy weight. I am afraid I’m going to drop the bar, which in non-Crossfit gyms is bad. I think I might get 165 in SP next time though.
