Found some time at lunch today to do this in the work gym. 8 1/3 rounds. Full push-ups. Box dips and 55 lb push press. My wrists are killing me.

  8. Raja

Did 5 2/3 rds of the WOD, but it was very non-Rx.

Hrm. So that was a crapload of weight to move.

    AMRAP 20

    15 Push-ups
    12 Ring dips
    115 pound Push-press, 9 reps

    Total: 4 and 1/3 rounds

I’ve never done a 115lb push press, so that’s a PR. I looked over and realized that Pete was *cleaning* this weight to his shoulders before knocking out the PPs. Holy crap.

Opps, please ignore the “never done a 115 lb push” comment, slight copy/paste error

  14. Laura

    15 Push-ups (knees)
    12 Ring Dips (green band)
    9 Push-press (35 pounds)

    Total: 5

That workout is brutal. Even the second set of push-ups are brutal.

    As RX’d 5 1/3 rounds.

The ring dips at the end were sets of 2 and 3. Push-ups were 3 and 4 at the end. Push-press is the only thing that stayed consistant with either no break or one break each set.
