WOD:
15 pushups
12 ring dips
95 lb push-press, 9 reps
Round 1:
15 pushups
12 box dips
9 95-lb push-press
Round 2:
10 pushups, 5 knee pushups
12 box dips
9 75-lb push-press
Round 3:
5 pushups, 10 knee pushups
12 box dips
9 75-lb push-press

6 rounds. The first 2 were ligit ring dips, the last 4 were jumping.
Still, felt pretty good. I only broke my push press sets once.

Found some time at lunch today to do this in the work gym. 8 1/3 rounds. Full push-ups. Box dips and 55 lb push press. My wrists are killing me.

I’ve never done a 115lb push press, so that’s a PR. I looked over and realized that Pete was *cleaning* this weight to his shoulders before knocking out the PPs. Holy crap.

That workout is brutal. Even the second set of push-ups are brutal.
As RX’d 5 1/3 rounds.
The ring dips at the end were sets of 2 and 3. Push-ups were 3 and 4 at the end. Push-press is the only thing that stayed consistant with either no break or one break each set.
