Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser goes this Saturday, 27 Sept. We would really appreciate everyone donate what you can spare to Athletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Fund.

We’ll be running WODs at 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am that are open to Members/Foundations Athletes and anyone else who wants to drop by. We’ll be passing the hat for cash and checks if you’d like to donate the day of the event. You can make out checks to “Prostate Cancer Foundation”.

    Foundations #3, Tuesday 0530: Overhead Squat (weighted PVC), Push Jerk (35# bar), 30-20-10-5 for time, 5:55. My shoulders may never be the same (in a good way)!

    I ended up doing 21-15-9 because power cleans aggravated an old injury.

    Basically the cleans were too light and I suck at dips.

    But that workout didn’t come close to my gymnastics class tonight…

    Foundations #3, Tuesday 1700: Overhead Squat and Push Jerk– 35# bar for both, 30-20-10-5 for time, 8:27. Last night I felt like I had lost 80% of my leg function. Today I feel much better!!

    Late posting on this one. Legs were very tired fro mthe last couple of days. Glad these were power cleans and not squat cleans.

    I am bad at ring dips. Cleans went up ok.
