      Jen, Dan and Brian,

      Thanks for organizing these Saturday morning WODs. Getting out and working out with a group has been fun and hard work. I noticed some people have been posting WOD results here so I thought I’d do the same in an effort to get some more action this blog.

      I’m still catching up from last week’s cycle. Did this yesterday at Gold’s Rosslyn 5:00 pm.

      M/37 (today is my Birthday and I’m doing Lynne)/170

      45 DU’s (sub tuck jump)
      135 lb squat clean, 45 reps (subbed 115 lbs) The hardest part
      45 ring dips (subbed 135 bar dips)
      45 DU’s (subbed tuck jumps)

      26:56 … can’t wait to get my rings.

      I see Saturday am at the park is on. I’ll be there!
