Not benching because my shoulder still bothers me in benching and pushups. Did some low bar back squats instead. 5x 135, 155, 175</description>

		<description>Since I did snatches at 6 a.m. yesterday (honestly, how do you morning people do it?), did a mix of things during power snatches - worked on C&amp;Js with fast cycles @ 135# in preparation for Sunday, mixed in with sets of power snatches.

C&amp;J (Grace style): two sets of five @ 135#
