My rugby team made the front of Crossfit Football today. Enjoy Thanksgiving.
Also, I’ll be on Xbox Live for 99% of the day killing russians via Modern Warfare 2, message Sajix if you want in.

Damn, this Crossfit stuff works. First time I ever ran over a mile was a 5K I did at Crossfit Boston in May (?). Time: 28:30ish. Second time was the 5K we did at PCF in August/September(?). Time: 24:30ish.
Today, third 5K ever at the Arlington Turkey Trot.
Time: 22:26 (Oh and I hate running; did I mention that?).
Thanks Crossfit!

After running my first 5k today, I fail to see the point of why I woke up at 7 and why I ran continuously for that long. I think the time was 26 or 27 depending on when I actually started.

I’d just like to say I’m thankful for PCF.
Was driving around town yesterday and saw a crossfit place – how exciting! Then I went to their website, which was a little bit of a mess, and saw their weak schedule – one evening WOD. The next closest place has a max of four WODs per day, with only two on M/W. Another one is literally in someone’s two car garage. In Cleveland, which by some accounts is a legitimate city, it’s not much better. In comparison, we have 8+ WODs a day.
So today I’m thankful that we have an awesome box!
