I question the last one of the last set, since I got it up, but failed to control it on the way down.  Also, many of the reps for sets 3-5 were more like push jerks rather than push presses.

DB thruster/pullup: 6 rounds (+4 thrusters) rx&#039;d (@ 35# DBs)

Strict pullups were fine (broke them once).  It was the darn thrusters that got to me...</description>
