Ugh... so slow.  A quarter of the snatch time was having to reset due to the bar traveling like 50 feet laterally - a result of me being completely lazy and not guiding the bar down to the ground.  Back still not 100%.  After pacing with Guch for awhile, I seem to have acquired his &quot;coffee breaks&quot; with my water bottle...</description>
