    Ran 4 miles in 32:33 as a thanksgiving present for sunshine
    Did 242 lunges down my driveway with the newspaper over my head,hehe
    Going to try and do one of the eva workouts later today, I was thinking the 150 burpees

    HM - Of the Eva workouts, I recommend either of the Deck of Cards workouts. Brutal, but fun.
