With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

WOD
I don’t have pull-ups right now. So this was done with ring rows.
First 8 minuets was from almost right under the rings or on the back of the heels.
Then the next 3 Min’s my feet were slightly flatter making my body more upright.
My last 2 Min’s my feet were flat on the floor and my arms blew up!
