This WoD both horrifies and intrigues me.

  2. Paul

Wow, this is going to be a horrifying first day back after 6 months.

  3. Mike S

Wow… It looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.

    19:25 rx’d I think.

  9. Bob

20:49 not anywhere close to rx’d. scaled all weights, but not reps/distances: 65# on barbell movements; 40# on KB; 16# on wall ball.

  10. Caitlin

18:30 rx’ed everything but the snatches– my most feared movement. Also got my first strung together pull-ups after the WOD!

  11. Nicole B

    20:19 Rx’d (47 lbs & 20″ box)

  12. Gabe

    13:50 Rx’d

THanks to Mike H’s calves for letting me pace off them.

Awesome awesome awesome awesome WOD. So glad I dragged my drunk ass in this morning.

  13. Mary J

Finally went to the doctor and got some antibotics and can come back Wednesday. Two weeks knocked on my ass with this pcf Ebola. Can’t wait to get after some of these wods!

    This looks pretty awesome.

  16. Kelly

Great job on the pull-ups, Caitlin!

  17. Tes PCF

    16:49 with 55#

Thanks Wilkins for your support! I definitely wouldn’t have kept my pace without you. :O)

And Congrats to Caitlin!! I witnessed her legit pull-ups and I think she did 12 sets of 3 so watch out ladies!!

Awesome work on the pullups Caitlin!

  19. Joe

My elbow hurts like hell and that WOD didn’t help.

    20:03 rx’d.

    35# bar for the snatches/OHS/SDHP/thrusters
    25# KB
    12# Wallball

    Great WOD!!!

    14:48 RX’d.

  23. Rich S.

    11:18 rx’d..really fun WOD

  24. Kyle H.

    16:58*

*special needs WOD – sub weighted jumping lunges for OHS. Sub burpees for Wall ball.

  25. Kristin L.

25:54….would of taken off 5-8mins probably if I didn’t have to stop so many times because of seeing spots… 35# bar/kb and only 8# ball

  26. Eva

    12:46 RX’D

  27. Dave C

    23:30 ish

Scaled to 65# on the barbell stuff and 40# for the KB. I would have used a lighter ball, but I think all the 16s were gone. Assuming next time my legs don’t start cramping up during the WOD, I should definitely be able to take a couple of minutes off.

  28. Chris Wiz

Every moment of this one sucked.

    23:10… RX. Woo Hoo!

For the history buffs, don’t forget that The Pacific starts on HBO tonight!

  29. Paul

20:58 scaled into oblivion. Good to be back though!

  30. Mike S

    17:38

    65 barbell
    55 kb

    brutal workout! Loved it.

  31. Rotatorcuff

    1658* Rotatorcuff special.

I would still be there trying to do the OHS if I didn’t get to sub burpees. But I was able to do half an OHS, which is a big improvement.

    Baby steps.

  32. DF Pete/The Conclusion

18:12 rx’d. So effing hung over. Felt like crap…but toughed it out. Would love to try this again as I don’t have Gabe’s post drunken evening WOD recovery powers.

Thanks to everyone who made it out last night…I had a great time and a great birthday. Couldn’t ask for a better group of poeple to share it wtih.

Special thanks to Tes for organizing the outing and being my DD! I almost lost my lunch on the way home…but held on like a champ! ;)

  33. DF Pete/The Conclusion

oh, and thanks to B. Wilkins for the push today. I needed every bit of it!

  34. Liz K

    17:34 rx’d

  35. Kyle L. (is for large?)

    11:41 rx’d

  36. Tim M

22:xx, IIRC, and I was quite pleased with this – did everything RX except for the KB swings, where I used a 45lb kb (only because there were no 55s left and I prefer kb’s for swings to dbs).

Man, the wall-balls destroyed me… after about 10 or so it was singles and maybe a double or two thrown in there. yikes.

  37. Doug H.

16:49, but I ran 400m instead of “1 lap”; was going well until during/after the sumo-deadlift high pulls; things slowed down dramatically after that.
