This wod looks AWESOME. Bummed I’m gonna have to do FGB tomorrow at the cert instead of this.
Today at the King of Prussia L1 cert was Fran, got a 4:08, not a PR but just like all Saturdays I was hungover so I’m pleased I didn’t completely suck. The big news was that the #1 female athlete for Fran today was Kassi! Today was her first time doing it as rx’d, and she beat out the #2 female by 14 seconds, with a 7:21!!!!
My snatches were definitely more power snatches than squat snatches, but starting to feel more comfortable with the move. Pullups after snatches were tough on my shoulders!
Luckily I was able to get by with a pretty slack first and second pull since the weight was fairly light. I did at least catch them all at the bottom of the squat.

Coaches: I find Aviv’s dynamic warm-ups to be ideal for almost any type of WOD. I’d love to see that style of warmup used more broadly.

11:38 @55# I agree- I really enjoy Aviv’s warm-ups too. Happy Belated b-day Sharon and Aaron.
