    24:33, This is the first significant running wod that I have done rx’d, usually I will sub rowing for running. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and when I started PCF a year ago, 800 meters of running would leave me in tears. I have been stretching very faithfully for the last few months and including some of my physical therapy homework in with it. Even though my time kinda sucks, I am very happy with today, and Brian, thanks for all the whining and nagging.

    Aaron – See my run jump was not really all that significant considering it was about the same size as yours (um actually mine was less). Although total time you kicked my butt.
