		<description>4.5 mile run.  33+30.  Just was not feeling that last 1/2 mile.  Not thrilled with that performance, but first time I&#039;ve run that distance in . . . I can&#039;t even remember when.  Definitely more than a year - probably more than 2 years.  

I think I was feeling yesterday&#039;s workout in the legs.  Or maybe I was just phoning it in.</description>
