    Just to be clear, you should post the total combined calories, lengths, and reps.

    This should be steady work the whole time. Be careful with your hands on the KTE. Because they are strict knees to elbows they shouldn’t hurt you too much.

    If you have to scale the KTE, with hanging knee raises, I want you to pause for a two count at the top of each raise. Leg raises are harder than knee raises and if you can do those, that would be better, still with a pause.

    This is a grip workout. Your deadlift with thank you later.

    4.5 mile run. 33+30. Just was not feeling that last 1/2 mile. Not thrilled with that performance, but first time I’ve run that distance in . . . I can’t even remember when. Definitely more than a year – probably more than 2 years.

    I think I was feeling yesterday’s workout in the legs. Or maybe I was just phoning it in.
