I posted the other day looking for good banking/personal financial software for Mac users. Played with iBank, but then dug around and found:

    Yodlee.com
    Geezeo.com
    Wesabe.com

I really like Mint.com, but I have USAA and it doesn’t seem to sync right with USAA.

I just tried Yodlee.com and it seems to sync with all my accounts.

All of the above except iBank are free. Just FYI.

    Brian, in Clydesdale training…..

  5. Paul

Wilkins looking solid and only mildly uncomfortable.

All, I have a spot in today’s WoD but since my car is still buried and my neighborhood hasn’t really been plowed I think my WoD is going to be shoveling for time again today.

Hope it goes well and represent!

  6. Dan K

Wait, I know the exchange is today, but are the 10, 11, 5 and 6 wods like normal? ie, do we need an appointment for those?

  7. Spin Doctor

Paul, put on your penguin suit and do it RX’d

Classic case of “subtraction by addition”:

    1 case of cabin fever
    + 1 dose arsh-kickin’ PCF
    = 0 cabin fever

    23:14 scaled, but still happy

    50 Walking lunges
20 Clean and jerk, 55 lbs
30 Ring dips – blue band
    25 Thrusters, 35 lbs
30 Knees-to-Somewhere between waist and elbows
    30 Kettlebell Swings, 30 lbs
    75 Double Unders

Extra thanks to Brian for the coaching/ encouragement.

  9. Christy0530

p.s. To Dan K, normal WOD times, no appointment. :)

  10. Mike C

    15:26 Rx’d

-Not happy with this. My intensity and energy sucked. Drinking and eating like crap all day the day before suprisingly does not help either.

  11. Dan C

Shovel one glacier and move it 15 feet for time! 3 hours Rx.

True functional fitness! This would’ve killed me a year ago. Thanks PCF.

  12. Jenn G

    18:31

    65 # C&J
Ring Dip black and red band

  13. Ana Isabel

    17:30

    65# cleans
    black band for ring dips
    questionable knees to elbows

  14. Rich S.

12:10 as rx’d..the situation is pain.

  15. Mike G

    16:59 rx’d

  16. Kyle L (is for Large?)

    13:40

  17. AlisonPCF

20:03 just short of rx – used some toe on the ring dips

thanks to the folks who came out for the exchange!

  18. Sally

17:29 – I would love to put an rx but the last 7 ring dips needed some assistance.

    Awesome event!

  19. leigh

    18:50
    ring dips w/thin black band
    55# clean and jerks

  20. Steven S

    14:10, rx’d

I was hoping for ~13:40 — everything was going fine, and then the double unders ruined my day.

(That was a well-run event; thanks, Brian)

  21. Rick. P

    10:13 rx’d

  22. Rick B

    16:15.
    95# on C&J, otherwise Rx’d
This was after shoveling out an entire street to get out of Potomac.

  23. Chad PCF

11:something not rx’d. in the heat of the moment i grabbed the wrong KB. awesome.

  24. Ken V.

15:26 as rx’d. Frickin’ toes-to-bar just killed me. I just cannot turnover fast enough. Plus, I’ve been such oh-so-good crap this snowed-in weekend. So I’ve got that going for me…

  25. Erin B.

    17:49

    65# C&J
    rings- red band
    knees to elbows/waist
    singles

Great WOD. I would love to do this one again in a month or two.

  26. Ken V.

    Make that EATING such oh-so-good-crap.

  27. jess

14 min before double under set…21 something finish. Serious practice needed. Alison, thanks for pointing out my rope was too long, good thing to check next time. Good job 6p class, I had no energy today but glad I did it anyway!

  28. Dan K

    50 Walking lunges
20 Clean and jerk, 135/95 lbs
    30 Ring dips
    25 Thrusters, 45/35 lbs
    30 Toes-to-Bar
    30 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
    75 Double Unders

    24:43

This almost killed me. Scaled the C&Js to 95lbs, KB swings to one pood.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement as I slowly did those DUs.

  29. Spider Monkey

    17:22 as rx’d (I think).

Hmmm… C&Js were okay – slow, but steady. Got gassed on the thrusters, though now that I think about it, I may have done 5 extra. The first ten toes-to-bar were disastrous – I started out on the thickest bar and couldn’t manage to hold on during the kip – moved one bar over and did them slowly. Probably could have pushed through the KB swings unbroken, but broken it up into three sets. Double unders were decent – broke it into 4 sets.

I think a reasonable goal would have been around 15 minutes – need to work on the TTB and less rest. Great job to all and a well-run event, Brian. Looking forward to the next one.

  30. Ken V.

    Oops, I meant 14:26 as rx’d.

  31. Ozzy

19:09 Rx Was cruising until the Double unders killed me. Not happy with this at all

  32. JeremyB

    16:22 (or thereabouts) RX’d.
Great WOD. C&Js did me in. They’re a weakness of mine and 135# was just about the limit of how much I could do. As a result, the dips – which I’m usually good at – were done in sets of 3.
