    Did this at the prescribed women’s weight from the original workout in the Journal (125#).

    As rx’d: 11:29. Pleased with this, since 125# jerks are pretty damn heavy, and it is a 2:30 minute improvement over the last time I did it.

    I’m always a little disturbed by how difficult it is to will my arms into movement after moves like the Push Jerk.

    Just wanted to say, awesome job yesterday on FGB. Great turnout and some pretty staggering scores. Great to see people shadowing others on the workout and pushing each other, which made it easy on the coaches.

    Awesome job by Brian in organizing, and thanks to all the volunteers for correcting my piss poor t-shirt folding job.
