		<description>Still can&#039;t do pull ups because of tendinitis in my left elbow so Brian suggested I sub squats.  Did that but want to get back to pull ups and other exercises I can&#039;t with a f*cked up elbow.  Anyone have any remedies other than ice and drugs?</description>
