Interestingly enough, the Compare To link also happens to be the day we all got back from the Mid Atlantic Qualifiers. Very cool to go back and read those comments after a few months.

Subbed 400 m. run with 500 m row and used a 18kg dumbell. Pull ups were strict pull ups. Time unknown.

This was a good reminder of how long a 500 meter row is. It looks like I’m coming as a puppy.

Due to limited resources (although they have 2 C2 rowers at the hotel???) rowed for 2k, then did some thrusters with unknown weights, but less than 55lbs (weird bar that weighed like 5lbs and unmarked weights).

Still can’t do pull ups because of tendinitis in my left elbow so Brian suggested I sub squats. Did that but want to get back to pull ups and other exercises I can’t with a f*cked up elbow. Anyone have any remedies other than ice and drugs?

  26. Alison

stay away from the drugs if you can… there was a good article from SF crossfit linked up about a week ago on that topic.
