250 reps. Felt good to start getting back into it even if my performance isn’t quite up to par. But my shoulder doesn’t hurt for the first time ever. Knock on wood. Oh, and my groin feels GREAT!!!

  14. Rich V.

293 with a 10% BW vest. All situps unbroken. Pushups were broken as hell. I might have been able to fit in some extra slam balls or wall balls to break 300.

Thanks for the muscle-up help Siddarth. It’s nice being humbled every once in a while.

    Have fun, Sharon!

  15. Guch

I continue to be bad at sit-ups. Though they are getting a little better. A small investment in them results in pretty significant improvemnts. I’m not sure it would be worth a major investment to make a major improvement, so I’ll settle for the 80% solution.

  21. LeeAnn

“Sharon” – As many repetitions as possible in 3 minutes per station.

    Wall Ball, 12 lbs
    Slam Ball, 15 lbs
    Knee Push Ups
    Sit Ups

Push ups were nearly impossible as the last round, especially following Wall Ball. 197 Total.

Strained my right trap badly on the muscle-up elements following the WOD. Not fun.
