Take as much rest as needed between rounds. One round starts when you hang from the bar and ends when you drop from the bar. Post total for each round to comments. If you are training for the CF Games, do Chest to Bar (CTB) Pullups.

    That pic doesn’t do Laura justice. She’s awesome at kipping.

    Dan, thanks for modifying the WOD for me yesterday. Brian, Dan was right and you were wrong. :) Plenty of people showed up to the 7am WOD. And I already saw my valentine’s gift, i.e. the pace clock, so you don’t have to wait until Feb 14th to put it up.

    I found out just how weak my left arm is. Not being able to use my right arm will give me a good chance to gain some strength in my gimpy arm and shoulder.

    My workout: a little piece of hell with the other trainers and Capital Barbell Club folks after the USAW Cert.

    AMRAP 20 Min: 5 pull ups, 10 OHS (50% bodyweight), 15 box jumps.

    This sucked, hard. Especially after working on snatches all weekend….the overhead position on the squats was excruciating. Thanks to Mike and Fred of CBC and Ryan from CF BWI for gutting through the pain with us (and by us, I mean Brian, Dan and I since Aaron didnt feel inspired to take part…). 6 1/2 rounds @ 75# and chest to bar pull ups.

    Great job to the 2pm class. Aaron K….your pull ups are coming along. Nice work on the kip. And Susan, great work. Way to finish strong. You guys all make us proud.
