    I like the idea of a Sunday morning (anytime before noon) WOD. I vote for this with the disclaimer that I will miss three out the next five weekends due to work travel (just wanted the disclaimer so Dan doesn’t shit on me for voting and not showing up)…Sorry Mr. Sunshine Pump…

    Sub’d using a 14″ box height and a 16lb ball. I did 30 reps on the first round and 20 on the last 4.

    I lost my WOD virginity to Kelly and this time I was almost 10 minutes faster, this crossfit stuff must be working :)
