I’m curious to see who will show up for the 7pm WOD today (I will be here, bloodied from soccer battle) . . . considering last week no one that said they would be there were . . . I would name names (because hey, that’s me) - but I can’t remember specifically.

I was there last Sunday! I can’t come tonight but I plan to come to future Sunday WODs. And it would be even better if they were on Sunday mornings. hint, hint.

It’s true. I was there.
But I wasn’t participating because of the Army 10 miler. By the way, PROOF crossfit works and people shouldn’t run so much. I don’t ever run.

Is it true that next Sunday you are going to have to hold a lottery to see who gets to make it in for the WOD? First 75 or so get in the 7 PM class seems like a fair deal.
