    We are trying to get a handle on support logistics and Guest spot matching.

    If you are competing and haven’t told me, please do so.

    If you have a free Guest spot, please tell me.

    If you asked for a Guest spot, but not longer need one, please let me know.

    If you decide to not compete for some inexplicable reason like Sally, please let me know as well.

    This was the first time I’ve looked at a WOD and tried to justify a good reason not to go.

    Psyched to finish this, 8 months ago I couldn’t run a 1/2 mile in a WOD. The running wasn’t fast and this was very challenging for me, but I finished.

    Good times. Mile split was okay at @ 6:50-7:00. Had the pleasure of being the last one to set up the bar and subsequently had one set of 45# metal plates, one set of 35# metal plates, 25#’s and 15#’s bumper plates. On a women’s bar. It was quite a sight. The 800s and 400s were soooo slow…

    24:15, 275DL, everything else RX. I am happy with this given that Friday I set a DL PR for 3RM of 285. Perfect weather (did this on Sunday), just perfect.
