		<description>22:36, RX, very strict on form, this was my third WOD of the day (two prior WODs of (1) shovel snow off of rooftop deck for time, and (2) shovel snow out from front of garage for time.  5K post angie, the time was so slow that I will not post it.  Silent assassin . . . that is a metric butt-ton of protein.  Geez.</description>
