finished off my last good meal this morning. Sausage/Chedder cheese bread, Pork Loin, pumpkin cookies, apple sauce (chunky) and some French Silk Ice cream. Man…that was one hell of a breakfast!
I have gained about 3 pounds since Turkey day. On the plus side, I’m all fattened up for today’s bench press day! (Pull-ups not so much)

Very happy with those numbers.

Kristin and I also did Fran – there wasn’t a clock, but we freaking murdered it, probably under a minute (if that isn’t funny, please click on my name for explanation).

Managed to get in the Wed WOD before we left and didnt note my scores: got up to 155 for three on the squat cleans (felt good, I think I’ve got 160 or 165 next time) and 6:24 as rx’d on the OHS and CTB pull ups. All OHS were unbroken — 95# is starting to feel really comfortable for me, which is awesome — and CTB were in pretty much sets of 3.
Today, Aaron, Emma and I went to Crossfit Lacy here in Washington. Thankfully, it was a skill day (might have puked up all the food from last night on a metcon) and we worked on snatches. Did a lot of work at 105 on my squat snatches and a couple power snatches at 110 and 115. I’m determined to get up to 130 before sectionals.
