To be completed in teams of 4 for time:
30-20-10
Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 75/55 lbs
Box Jumps
Burpees
Wall Ball, 20/16 lbs
Post time to comments.
This should be completed in teams of 4 where everyone starts on one exercise. Team members may not move to the next exercise until everyone on the team has completed the correct number of reps. Burpees are “strict” push-up style (no flop) and women are exempt from going “chest to deck” (and may even eliminate the pushup) on the burpees on co-ed teams due to time restraints.

Tess,
Am I also exempt from going chest to deck due to the time constraint?

Rich, first off it wasnt a twinkie dangling in front of me, it was a picture of a slice of heaven, wetting my parched lips, with drops of joy dripping from my body, STELLA rules. Bet you thought I was talking about Sharon, but in her defense, she is something wonderful to stare down, but she runs a close second to a long tall mug of my favorite libation.
As for the discussion of my belly and the effect it had on my winning. As someone once said, “By any means necessary”, I could explain it with charts and graphs but basically it works as a counterbalance, so remember, skinny people are easier to kill.
I have to say I was expecting a more cerebral sting from both Jon and Aaron in reference to by “girth”. Very disappointed…….
Again, thank you Sharon for my victory, Ninja’s and haters are everywhere…

I decided not to comment after getting my ass kicked by erika in the little competition. Don’t raise the stakes when you don’t have the hand to back it up.
I gave up on that one due to writst discomfort. People ask me about how to deal with wrist problems all the time and I don’t have very good ansewers. After many years I am to the point that I can get through any standard workout without wrist problems, but higher rep heavy OHS, snatch complexes and (I now discovered) holding at the bottom of an OHS still get me.

Abrupt crash at end of 30 days pretty much strict paleo diet?
Wow! Is this psychosomatic? Am I being a drama queen? Am I projecting? Yesterday was day 31, and for me a day of indulgence. Indulgences throughout the day included: 3 or 4 cupcakes, 2 gin and tonics, 2 cups coffee (never with sugar), a slice of apple pie, a small pizza, 3 pints of Celebration Ale. (Throughout they day I also had good vegetables, proteins and such)
Today I feel like bloated crap. I showed up to the 11 a.m. WOD, did the warm up and felt that the WOD was out of the question and went home. Could my metabolism change that much in 30 days? Back in the day (last month), I could consume all that like champ without blinking.
Anyway, it can’t be this dramatic, maybe I am coming down with something?
Is this being strong if a few little cupcakes could kick my ass?

Cindy, don’t underestimate the destructive power of a cupcake. It’s chocolate dynamite.
Team Henry, Lindsey, Heather and Zack, 21:10. Good job y’all.

Cindy – seems like the results should speak for itself. You felt great for 30 days when you ate real food, you felt like shit when you didn’t.
You did great in taking the step to change what you eat, get back to doing what works!

Thanks for the ass kicking WOD today…the burpees really killed me…I scaled with box step ups, 8# wall ball and flip/flop on the knees burpees (still sucked ass!)…and, like Zack said, we finished in 21:10. Thanks to y’all (Zack, Lindsey, Henry) for puttin up with my slowness.

Siddarth, that warmup was killer.

Nice job to Team Sanhi (OK, that probably is ridiculously not close to spelling or pronunciation), Kate, Lindsey and Moi . . . had a great time.
Also, thanks to Leigh for not leaving me hanging on the warmup.
Nice to get in and be able to do a back intense WOD like that and feel OK afterward.

Great job team Brian W, Sean, Rick and Vaughn. I can’t remember our time, but it was under 20.
