“Fight Gone Bad”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We’ve used this in 3 and 5 round versions. The stations are:

1. Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
2. Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
3. Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
4. Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
5. Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Compare to 090815.

Hello to everyone, thank you all for a fantastic day, the buzz word for today is community because hat is what made today so damn special(that and Bryce’s ability to open a bottle on command). Great job to everyone who PR’d and Lynnette, we will get you the bucket any time you need, hell we will even hold your hair back, you go.

Aaron, you showed you would try to drink more than your wife, good try.

Scott Q, I dont know what this means but I heard Rich say, “eat shit” hahahahah.

That’s a PR for me, and I did the first round RX’d. Pretty happy with that.

Came home and made paleo pancakes for the hubby and me (mine with blueberries) with plenty of uncured bacon.

All is right in the world.

First off, Happy freaking birthday Sally! :) Next, SOOO good to be back and see you guys again. I really miss the “coolness” of PCF and its members. Talking numbers: 212 not RX’d. Stepped up on box (lame, I know), but my ankle hurts. Wuh-wuh-wuh.

304 as RX’d PR by 35 points. Previous (and first FGB) was 259 when we did it in August.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SALLY!! party tonight WOOOO

  32. Spider Monkey

    255 rx’d

Not great (last time was 272?), but even though I was/am sick and my back is still recovering, I wanted to do it anyway since this event happens once a year.

  33. Spider Monkey

    And Happy Birthday Sally!

Spider monkey is resting for tonight…

  34. Guch

I did this last year before joining PCF. My score was 162. I got 253 couple weeks ago when we did the pratice. I had a bad hangover that day. Today I got 286 as rx’d. I was trying to break 300. Starting on push presses was a mistake. I need to remember to start on box jumps next time.

  35. Joe

Great time at the box today. Thanks for the beer Vegas Mike.

Rx’d 249 shouldn’t of had breakfast so late in the morning. Felt like I was going to meet Pukie for a moment there right after it was over.

  36. Erika - PCF

Nice work today, guys. Thanks for coming out.

    As rx’d: 280

  37. Jared

259 Rx’d. Starting on box jumps is where you make your money. Happy birthday Sally

  38. DF Pete

303 Rx’d. Not best effort, but WAY better than 259 I got last time I did this. Overall, a very good day. Think my splits were 120-99-84. 3rd round was ROUGH!

Great BBQ Lynette! The rain can’t scare away the hardcore BBQers! :)

Happy B-day Sally see you tonight!

  39. Sarah

Didn’t sleep much the past two nights and felt crappy this morning, so I ended up bailing…boo.

    Happy birthday, Sally!

  40. Bob

196 Rx’d…Wall balls last was a huge mistake. Kept me from that 200 mark. Next time!

  41. Rick. P

416 Rx’d – I think there is a lot of benefit to be had by starting on box jumps. Great job everyone.

  42. Drew

    362 as rx’d.

Great event. Thanks to all that made it happen. Awesome performances today.

  43. Bob J
