    Great WOD to work on double unders while tired. As I mentioned earlier in the week, double unders ate my lunch at the Qualifers. When I’m fresh, I can bang out solid high rep sets, but when I’m my METCON gets taxed, form suffers. Remember on these double unders to stay as relaxed as possible and don’t speed up the rope. The rope will take care of itself.

    Great time last night everyone. For those of you who were there, you got to see Boston Mike in rare form.

    Felt pretty good. DUs are getting better so I’m pleased. Burpees still hard for me…even in sets of 5! :)

    Late post, but I did a 10 minute time trial and got about 1.75 miles (ran at a 6 minute pace).

    Then Snatch: Practiced a split snatch which got me 70 kilos (154?).
