10 Burpees
30 Double Unders
Complete a round every 3 minutes until you cannot complete a full round in the 3 minute time limit. If finish before 3 minutes has expired, rest until the completion of the 3 minutes. Reduce the time by 30 seconds every 5 rounds. If you cannot complete five rounds with each round under three minutes, complete 5 rounds at your own pace.

    By my system (which makes sense):

    17 complete rounds + 10 burpees + 26 Double Unders

    The Zone works….I wouldn’t have been able to get anywhere near this a month ago.

    I still had energy left, but my burpees were pathetic. Worked on double-unders, and got 3 consecutive – woohoo!

    Way to go, Emma! You made it look easy.

    This was brutal. Did the free WOD for a warm up and then

    I can do double unders. But I couldn’t do any during this workout though I kept wasting energy trying. So I kept ending up doing the sub 60 singles and 15 tuck jumps.
