    Did the butterfly kip on the pullups, helped as far as time to a point. I could only get 5-8 at a time, but even doing that and breaking, I feel like I’m going faster and using less energy than traditional kip.

    The run is what did me in, need to keep hitting the speed work every week with either Tabata sprints or intervals.

    A nice way to ease back in. I should be back to full speed tomorrow I hope. Maybe I’ll even do Badger since I seemed to catch grief for not doing it today. So who is going to keep me company during the 800m runs?

    I was going to do 150 burpees for time and totally wussed out.
