Admiring the hard work you put into your blog and detailed information you present. It's awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same out of date rehashed material. Wonderful read! I've saved your site and I'm adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.

BS: 175-185-185-175-175
Metcon: 4:17 RX+ (40# DB for snatch)

Not quite 85% on all my sets - I should have been at 185 for all 5 sets, but this is still by far the heaviest 5x3 set of back squats I've ever done.

BS: 105

Went lighter than usual because my left shoulder popped and then hurt like crazy when warming up rowing. It held up okay, but I didn't want to go any heavier.

Metcon: 4:16 with blue band then blue/black, 20# DB snatch

Joe, I recommend starting with wall balls because you lose a lot of time transition time getting off the rower and getting to the wall ball, but that may not be an issue depending on how they set it up there.

BS:27-275-225-225 getting an odd pain in my back which may be from favoring one knee over the other. Something I have to work on.

metcon: rx'd can't remember the time, want to say between 5 and 6 minutes.
