WPU: first dead hang pullup (!!) and then 1 rep at 5# (with a questionable seal kick to get my chin over)

I did high bar and was 20# below PR, but my legs were so sore from Cindy, I was pretty happy with being able to squat at all.

Followed up with 300 DU (6:54) and 100 KB at 25# (3:44). Thanks for bullying us into this ladies :)</description>
