3 Rounds at Gold’s Rosslyn (got lots of stares):
800 M run (on treadmill)
21 reps 55 lb dumbbell swing
21 reps 95 lb thruster (the hardest part)
21 pull-ups.
Like you, I’m constantly playing catchup - I’m constantly varying the constantly varied.
I just did this one today, same as you (treadmill, db): 26+42.
That thing is absolutely evil . . . and it just keeps going. I wanted to quit so bad on the last 800 - I just wanted to shut off the treadmill and walk away. Then Vomit.
Dan & I have gotten similar stares when doing WODs at Gold’s Ballston. Enjoy the show I say.
Although the (what seemed like) endless rounds of burpees a few weeks back did perhaps warrent a face or two. If only those looks could have made some of the pain go away. Oh well, no such luck.
