If you are doing Wendler, you can use Friday morning and daytime classes as a make-up day. So if you missed Monday’s Squat, Wendnesday’s Press, or Thursday’s Deadlift, you can make up one of those on Friday so long as it’s morning or daytime. If you come at 5pm or 6pm, you’re doing the posted WOD. You cannot do two lifts in your make-up day. If you miss more than that, just skip it for the week and stay on your weekly schedule after that.

    I should probably just ask this on the Mobility WoD site, but what’s the best time to do those? Before the workout? After the workout? Randomly during the day? He hasn’t addressed that in any of the videos.

    I love how horrible Joe’s hand stand is compared to Kat’s…but then I guess everybody’s hand stands suck compared to hers.

    DNF’d metcon after 5 rounds + 5 reps. Pulled upper quad on first rep of lunges in round 6 at the 12:40 mark.

    Body Glide for sit-up days. It works.

    Got my first handstand push-up. Two, actually. Could my stunning success on the paleo diet be a factor?

    I want to give a shout out to Jon’s Oly class for a great finale last night. They were not deterred by creepy window stalkers or offensively bright yellow pants. A lot of great efforts and tons of Hott Jank.
