    I can’t count and jump rope at the same, excluding the jump rope, I scored 241, so as a wild guess, I am assigning myself a score or 290. And no double under came anywhere near my workout.

    I still think the best episode was when Snickers (I love how they call her something different everytime) was trying to eat and drink after she got hit.

    Or it might be the reference to zoo creatures and hippos.

    Or the vet tech comment and she couldn’t handle a live lobster being waved 5 feet from her face.

    Being an Italian meathead, I’m happy to help you with any pre-Shore logistics. May I recommend several tattoos (one of which HAS to be an Italian Flag or something Italy related), roughly 24 pounds of hair product (not gel…but “product”), tanning and gym membership (can’t be a crossfit gym, you must be in a gym with mirrors and have your hair and clothes looking just right before every workout). Get your eears pierced and you must award yourself a nickname. Oh, and purchase a huge chain with a cross and let the world know you are seroius about being Cathlolic even though you will start a fight at the drop of a roll of prosciutto.

    To find an affiliate in a specific location go to the crossfit.com main site. Click on the “affiliate blog” tab. On the left side of that page is a list of states and countries. Click on the state you want and it will show a list of all the affiliates, grouped by city. (And yes it does show one in Golden.)

    Rick S, As a fellow Italian, I can echo the Conclusion’s sentiments. You absolutely must have a nickname. Personally, I’m going with “The Braciole”. As far as steroid usage, may I suggest blending spaghetti and meatballs in marinara sauce into a post-workout recovery shake as an alternative?

    Nicole, hope u feel better. I have also been sick – for 8 days now – yuck. Today was my first attempt at a WOD since getting sick. Felt ok, still a little sick, but energy level is closer to normal, just feels like a cold now.

    I tried yesterday’s workout.

    Clean:
    135-145-155-165(F)-155-155-145
    My attempt at 165 was pretty funny but I was the only person there to laugh at me. I made it to the squat just fine, hung out there for a while in the bottom of the squat position with the bar until I decided my legs weren’t going to work to stand me up, not even an inch…oh well.

    METCON (wall balls/KBS)
    264 RX
    I held pretty steady on this. 25 reps every round except the first two or three rounds which were a little higher. Didn’t take any rest. Lower back really tired after this.

    Oh, also tried a few one arm pullups today on my small diameter pullup bar. they were on the main page a few weeks back. interesting. challenging, but not as impossible as you might think, but holding onto the bar with one arm was a little scary at first – at least for me. my left side is definitely stronger than my right.
